• Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 60 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven't received a refund within the specified time frame (5 to 7 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS.
• It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
